Since each book is customised, and signed, I’m NOT able to accept returns. Once your order is placed, it’s considered a final sale. If you change your mind about the colour you've picked, please DM me on Instagram (@ferncoleauthor) and I might be able to change it if I haven't already made it, but no promises!

If your book goes missing or is damaged during transit, please message me and we will sort it out (I'll replace it and make a complaint with the courier.)
This is a pre-order and your order will be ready to ship by Dec 17th to arrive before Christmas. I will prioritise international orders first, so you all might get the book in time for Christmas!
